Responding to planning commission concerns that maximum square footage projects were creating over-scaled structures on parcels, we responded with the fully permitted, shovel ready modern design that split the square footage into a three building compound with all the necessary amenities. An ingenious separation of fire department required access and a more pastoral family driveway allowed us to bring structures much further down the site than a typical driveway would have allowed.
