This extensive addition/remodel to a 1970’s “Rat Pack” mid-century modern home transformed both the structure and the site into a highly interpretive Arts and Crafts courtyard estate. Second story additions necessitating foundation underpinnings elevated both a master suite on one wing and a large rumpus room and sewing studio on the opposite wing. The pool and tennis court were remodeled, and an adjacent lot was purchased, kept as a separate parcel, and landscaped into an eclectic, coastal bluff park-like setting. Materials and craftsmanship throughout this project were of the highest quality.
